We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Custom or engraved items (including personalized dog tags pendants) cannot be returned
  • Final sale items (typically clearance pieces) are marked as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items: Based on our product analysis, the following cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:
  • Diamond Eternity Bands (sized items)
  • Diamond Wedding Bands (sized items)

Return Process
