We offer two premium shipping options to our global clientele (excluding parts of Asia and select remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option and placing orders well in advance of special occasions.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition:
- Unworn, undamaged items with all original packaging and tags
- No signs of wear or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene or customization requirements, the following cannot be returned:
- Diamond Eternity Bands (sized items)
- Diamond Wedding Bands (sized items)
- Personalized Cartoon Pendants

- All final sale items (clearly marked)
Return Process

- Package Securely: Return items in the original black gift box within a protective shipping box.
